Refund Policy

Thanks for preparing with BoostPrep!

When you purchase one of our online courses and are unable to follow the course due to technical issues, we will issue you a refund. Refunds because of technical issues will be granted on a case by case basis.

You are also eligible for a refund if you have failed your exam. Learn more about our pass guarantee.

Refund Restrictions

There are a couple of restrictions to keep in mind:

  1. You have completed sections within the course
  2. You have completed practice exams or quizzes within the course
  3. It has been 30+ days since you purchased the course

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, you can follow these steps:

  1. Reach out to a member of our support team by visiting our contact us page
  2. Tell us a little about what is going on
  3. Our team will review your request within 24 hours
  4. Our team will communicate with you on the next steps

If it is determined that you are eligible for a refund, you will be granted a refund immediately.

However, it may take 3-5 business days for you to see your funds reflected in your bank account or credit card statement – this is determined by your bank / credit card company (we have no control over this).
