When you purchase one of our online courses and are unable to follow the course due to technical issues, we will issue you a refund. Refunds because of technical issues will be granted on a case by case basis.

If it is determined that you are eligible for a refund, you will be granted a refund immediately.
However, it may take 3-5 business days for you to see your funds reflected in your bank account or credit card statement – this is determined by your bank / credit card company (we have no control over this).
