Wonderlic SLE Resources

Scoring well on the Wonderlic SLE exam will help you stand out to your college or university and make you a more desirable candidate.

Here are some resources to consider when preparing for the SLE:

1. Full-Length Exams

The SLE is a unique exam. The questions are not overly challenging. What makes the exam hard is the timing. You will need to answer 50 questions in 12 minutes.

A full-length exam will help you become more familiar with the types of questions and timing of the actual exam. Start with our SLE practice test above and see how you do.

2.  Question Banks

Just like the full-length exams, question banks can help you become more familiar with the exam before you take it.

Question banks are beneficial because you can practice specific types of questions that may be more difficult for you. A lot of students have trouble with logic questions, so that is a good place to start.

3. Learning Content (Study Guides)

The types of questions on the Wonderlic SLE are relatively predictable. This is great because you can learn how to solve each type of problem (generally speaking).

Study guides are a good way to become familiar with the fastest way to solve a certain type of problem. Remember, timing is an issue on this exam, so the faster you can solve a problem the better.

You can find all of these resources (and more) in our Wonderlic Prep Course.

Tips for Wonderlic SLE Practice

Practicing for the Wonderlic SLE can be overwhelming. Here are some tips to keep in mind when practicing:

  • Get a Baseline: Take the Wonderlic SLE practice test above and see how you do. You may score well and be all set!
  • Focus on Timing: As mentioned, timing is the most difficult part of the SLE. When taking practice exams, focus on spending less than 14 seconds per question.
  • Identify Problem Categories or Questions: Try to identify problem categories or questions that give you trouble. You can then focus on those types of questions and learn how to best solve them.
  • Practice, Practice, Practice: Take as many practice exams as you can get your hands on. It really is the best way to prepare for this exam.
